Tuesday to Sunday, 8am to 4pm. We're closed on Mondays.

What is karak chai?
Karak is a strong, milky tea brewed with Assam, cardamom and cinnamon. Ours is simmered on the stove in small batches with whole spices, no powders or syrups.
Is your matcha ceremonial grade?
Yes. We use single-origin, organic ceremonial matcha from Kagoshima, Japan, served hot or iced.
Do you have dairy-free options?
Yes. All drinks can be made with oat milk, and our cardamom cold foam has a dairy-free version.
Can I click and collect?
Yes. Tap Order Online to order for collection.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are sent by email and can be spent in the café.
Do you have a loyalty scheme?
Yes. Register with your phone number at the till, and after five visits you get £5 off.
Is Chai Haus part of Horsham Tandoori?
Yes. Chai Haus is run by the same family behind Horsham Tandoori. The takeaway still runs as usual in the evenings.
